Job Summary
Define and execute the product vision while directing qualitative and quantitative customer research with designers to drive product-market fit. Lead technical initiatives through requirements analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to ensure the product meets business goals. Plan and execute the product roadmap while coordinating with business development to align timelines, budgets, and client contracts. Work within small, effective teams of 5 to 15 people using agile principles to deliver high-potential solutions for startups and enterprises.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Ability to deeply understand the problems, needs, and desires of customers and turn them into business decisions
- An eye for data - ability to make objective, data-driven decisions, define product performance metrics and track them on an ongoing basis
- Experience with influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at a senior level and effectively managing their expectations
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail
- Knowledge of agile principles
- Focus on outcomes and quality of output
- Empathetic and team player
