Job Summary
Define the strategy for identity risk and posture, establishing what a score means before customers act on it. Own the scoring model end to end, including weighting, traces, and customer controls for tuning. Decide which third-party signals feed the score and set direction for the posture detection surface, checks library, and reporting. Deliver actionable findings with observed data and timing, while holding the security and privacy bar for tenant isolation and access control. Work with customers and field partners to validate requirements, then collaborate with data science, revenue operations, and engineering to design API-first services. Track industry standards for identity security posture management and AI agents to feed into the roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management
- Experience in AI/ML
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Experience in identity
- Experience in enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM)
- Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM)
- Familiarity with identity governance (IGA)
- Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts
- Expertise in large language models
- Expertise in multi-agent systems
- Expertise in context engineering
- Expertise in MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Expertise in A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol)
- Expertise in model fine-tuning and training
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices
- Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products
- Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms
- Experience with direct customer-facing products
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
