Job Summary
Own the strategy and roadmap for a Platform Core Engineering area, balancing immediate developer needs with a two-year technical vision. Treat developers as customers by understanding their workflows, earning their trust, and prioritizing capabilities that accelerate their work. Partner with Senior Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to define technical requirements and build a cohesive ecosystem. Drive platform metrics, resolve competing priorities, and communicate tradeoffs to align dependent teams. Own end-to-end launches, including migration paths, documentation, and adoption strategies. Champion hands-on use of modern AI development tools like agents and MCPs to set organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
