Job Summary
Own the strategy and roadmap for a Platform Core Engineering area, balancing near-term developer needs with a 1 to 2 year technical vision. Treat developers as customers by understanding their workflows, earning their trust, and prioritizing capabilities that make them faster and more effective. Work directly with Senior Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to define technical needs and build a cohesive platform ecosystem. Define and drive platform metrics, drive alignment across dependent teams, and resolve competing priorities. Own launches end-to-end, including migration paths, documentation, and adoption. Partner with tooling customers across engineering, ML infrastructure, and data science to ensure the platform serves every developer persona. Champion hands-on use of modern AI development tools, setting the bar for how the org builds with agents and context tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
