Job Summary
Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by customer impact and technical dependencies while defining clear "done" criteria across incubation, migration, and scale phases. Run structured discovery with developers and ISVs to validate issues and drive evidence-based decisions, making transparent scope calls on what ships versus future bets. Build platform-first capabilities that prioritize long-term stability, security, and auditability, using AI as a force multiplier for prototyping and spec drafting. Define scalable platform patterns and governance boundaries, translating technical concepts like cloud-native migration and API security into narratives for developers and buyers. Lead cross-functional alignment to clear blockers, track adoption and reliability metrics, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in software product management
- demonstrated ownership across more than one product lifecycle stage - incubation, active migration, or scaled adoption
- Demonstrated ability to deliver through ambiguity
- Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products - APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives, or cloud infrastructure
