Job Summary
Own the product roadmap for a real-time neural monitoring platform; run discovery with clinicians; define and prioritize features across detection, alerting, visualization, workflow; work with ML and platform engineers; coordinate with regulatory and quality teams; ship in short cycles with a fast-moving team; 4+ years of product management in a technically complex and/or fast-moving domain; experience with clinical or regulated products; strong written communication; ability to move fast; nice-to-have clinical domain knowledge in neurology or critical care, real-time data products, ML-powered products, FDA processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management in a technically complex and/or fast-moving domain
- Comfort working directly with engineering teams on system design and technical tradeoffs
- Experience with clinical or regulated products (FDA or equivalent)
- Strong written communication
- Ability to move fast and independently
- Nice to have: Clinical domain knowledge in neurology or critical care
- Nice to have: Experience with real-time or streaming data products
- Nice to have: Background in ML-powered products where model behavior is a core product surface
- Nice to have: Familiarity with FDA clearance processes
