Senior Product Manager, Pharmaceuticals

Lead and oversee the product launch process for a new pharmaceutical division in Canada, managing cross-functional collaboration across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Training, Finance, and Legal; develop and implement strategic launch plans including positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns; analyze qualitative and quantitative research to inform insights and adapt global materials for Canada; partner with external agencies to create compelling creative assets; drive budget planning and resource optimization; engage with local and global KOLs to build brand momentum in Canada; monitor competitive landscapes and craft a differentiated brand proposition; lead Salesforce development including sizing and segmentation; train Sales on product science, brand messaging, and competitive positioning; define and track KPIs to measure performance and maximize impact across tactics; forecast sales, market share, and supply for internal targets; lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across marketing, sales, global teams, and operations; manage financial responsibilities including a $50,000,000 revenue scope and $5,000,000 annual budget; strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory and market readiness.
