Senior Product Manager – Pharma Process Design & AI (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Design scalable, end-to-end product solutions that balance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term business growth for Europe's largest online pharmacy. Transform complex regulatory and operational challenges into intuitive system designs and structured product architectures. Drive collaboration across operations, product, and engineering to align stakeholders around a shared vision. Identify opportunities to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision-making through agent-based solutions and modern AI technologies. Validate and continuously improve products through experimentation, data-driven insights, and rapid prototyping using AI tools like ChatGPT and Codex. Requires extensive experience in complex end-to-end systems and a proven track record in pharmaceutical or regulated industries. Fluency in English and B2 German is mandatory, with regular travel to offices in Cologne and Sevenum.
Required Qualifications
- extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager (or in a comparable product leadership role)
- proven track record of designing complex end-to-end systems and scalable digital products
- strong analytical thinking

- fluent in English
- at least a B2 level of German
- ability to travel regularly to offices in Cologne and Sevenum (approximately once per month)
