Job Summary
Design scalable, end-to-end product solutions that balance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business growth for Europe's largest online pharmacy. Transform complex regulatory and operational challenges into structured product architectures while driving the adoption of AI technologies for workflow orchestration and intelligent automation. Collaborate across operations, product, and engineering to align stakeholders on shared visions, ensuring impactful solutions are delivered from concept to implementation. Validate and improve products through experimentation, data-driven insights, and rapid prototyping using modern AI tools. Requires extensive experience in complex system design, strong analytical thinking, and fluency in English and B2 German, with a preference for candidates in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
Required Qualifications
- extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager (or in a comparable product leadership role)
- proven track record of designing complex end-to-end systems and scalable digital products
- strong analytical thinking
- structured approach
- fluent in English
- at least a B2 level of German
- enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams
- travelling regularly to our offices in Cologne and Sevenum (approximately once per month)
