Senior Product Manager (Perform and Learn)

Job Summary
Develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate goals. Use customer research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, then build and prioritize the product backlog with clearly articulated benefits. Work with engineering, UX, sales, and client services to deliver features, manage scope tradeoffs, and define metrics that drive decisions. Present your strategy to leadership and act as the voice of the product externally and internally. Create positioning statements for launches and serve as a subject matter expert to build awareness and adoption. Own product discovery to assess value, usability, and feasibility while ensuring functional alignment.
Required Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Bachelor's degree with equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Pragmatic Marketing Product Management certification preferred
- 4-6 years in product management
- 8-10 years experience building technology products
- Experience with Performance Management or a comparable application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to continuously improve by seeking and accepting coaching and feedback
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be organized and proactive
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Be flexible and adapt to a fast paced continually changing business environment while managing multiple priorities
- A complete command of your product or module and have the ability to think on your feet and quickly make decisions
- Up to 10% travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HR or Compensation applications is a plus
