Job Summary
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of EOR platform features by translating customer needs and market insights into prioritized requirements. Define use cases for AI agents to automate employee workflows and partner with engineering leads on architecture and API design. Work hands-on with data by writing SQL queries, analyzing usage patterns, and instrumenting features to measure impact through experiments. Communicate roadmap trade-offs and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership. This hybrid role requires three days of in-office collaboration in Palo Alto, California, and involves defining success metrics to drive iteration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
- Track record owning a product area end-to-end — from strategy to shipped, adopted features
- Hands-on experience in testing product before releasing and editing FAQ/documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to execs and engineers alike
- Startup experience, either in FinTech or HR tech preferably
- Experience taking a product from 0-1 or a technical co-founder is preferred
