Senior Product Manager – Payments & Registrations

Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Payments & Registrations owning the end-to-end payments and registration experience across global markets. Lead discovery and user research with administrators and participants, define and evolve the payments ecosystem, expand payment methods and currency/tax/local compliance, and weave ecommerce into the registration flow. Drive adoption and conversion through experiments, optimize the buyer journey, and shape the global payments strategy in a AI-native environment. This role collaborates with partnerships, commercial operations, customer success, engineering and UX design in a hybrid Melbourne-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years in product management driving adoption across B2B and B2C audiences in SaaS, marketplace, retail or platform businesses
- Strategic and hands-on – comfortable setting vision and translating it into detail
- Payments expertise – hands-on building payment flows, mobile commerce and shop functionality
- Product-led growth track record – measurable lifts in adoption, engagement and revenue per user
- AI fluency – AI-native, with ability to ideate, write, design and prototype with AI
- Global payments experience – launching in new markets with multi-currency, tax and local compliance
- Marketplace or two-sided network experience
- Revenue model fluency – subscription, usage-based or transaction-based models
- High-growth startup or scale-up background
