Senior Product Manager, Patient Growth
$180,000–$210,000 year
RemoteUnited States
Job Summary
Own full-funnel strategy for patient acquisition, activation, and re-engagement, defining sustainable month-over-month win-back motions to reach and enroll more patients. Invent and scale entirely new funnels to connect prospective users with Pomelo's care model, while partnering with Marketing to refine patient-facing messaging. Rally engineers, marketers, clinical operations staff, and data scientists through rapid MVP iterations to test applied AI and operational processes that improve enrollment and retention. Drive data-informed insights by digging into enrollment metrics, uncovering hidden signals, and acting as the go-to expert on top-of-funnel growth mechanics. This role reports to the Principal Product Manager for a virtual medical practice focused on maternal health outcomes, requiring 4+ years in consumer products with a bias for action in ambiguous problem spaces.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in consumer products with a proven track record owning full growth funnels end-to-end (acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention) for digital products
- A full-funnel growth thinker, equally comfortable inventing new ways for people to find a product and engineering how they convert and stick
- Fluent in data. You reach for the numbers before your instincts, run your own analysis instead of waiting on a dashboard, and know the difference between a metric that moved and a bet that worked
- Thrive in ambiguity with a bias for action. A first-principles thinker who creates structure and clarity in a brand-new problem space and makes confident calls with incomplete information
- A master of scrappy execution: you launch an MVP fast and iterate toward a bigger vision, rather than waiting for the perfect plan
- Strong product and design sense, with a genuine passion for building consumer-grade experiences that people love
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator who can rally a cross-functional team and manage stakeholders from the C-suite to the front lines of care
- Energized by hard healthcare problems and building for underserved patient populations
- This position is open to candidates located in the continental US
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with products that bridge digital experiences and human-delivered services, and/or products that are free for the end-consumer
- Experience building products powered by LLMs or voice agents
- Experience being held to revenue goals
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in healthcare technology, particularly in outreach and acquisition
- A background in product or lifecycle marketing
