Senior Product Manager, Partnerships

Job Summary
Senior Product Manager will lead the development of our partnership strategy and tailor marketing tactics to drive growth within market segments and partnerships. You will identify innovative ways to attract and convert TELUS customers through thoughtfully crafted customer journeys, collaborate with cross-functional SMEs, drive campaign excellence, optimize customer engagement and conversion, perform data analysis and KPI tracking, monitor partnership performance, support go-to-market activities, and develop sales enablement materials. You will partner with internal teams including sales, pricing operations and product, and mentor junior team members as we grow.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or channel strategy
- strong communication skills
- ability to influence without direct authority
- ability to translate complex insights for senior leadership
- data-driven mindset with dashboard/reporting skills
- experience working with sales and developing sales enablement (GTM) materials
- excellent project management skills
