Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for the Business Mobility & Partner Enablement team responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing partner ecosystem. duties include evaluating new partners, developing enablement strategies, onboarding partners, leading quarterly business reviews, and driving partner-related initiatives in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance. Own device enrollment management and Samsung Knox portfolio oversight, ensure pricing and product data are maintained across systems to support commercialization and go-to-market efforts. Requires strong relationship management, process discipline, strategic thinking, and English communication for a national scope.
Required Qualifications
- Puzzle Solver: break down tough problems using data, partner insights, and creativity to develop well-reasoned recommendations for framework building and process improvement
- Strategic Thinker: build strong partner relationships and use structured processes to enable partner success and growth
- Project Manager: 7+ years of experience managing partner relationships and rolling out large-scale partner programs in a B2B environment
- Collaborator: foster strong, cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial Acumen: understanding of commercial agreements, business dynamics, and the Canadian telecom and IT managed services landscape; ability to bridge partner needs and internal capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of English: interaction in English with external and internal parties and IT tools
