Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to own the Digital Experience product area in Prisma Access, defining the experience scoring and ML-driven baselining framework, shaping incident and user synthetics experiences, and leveraging AI tools to streamline requirements and accelerate product validation. Collaborate across engineering, data science, product leadership, and field teams to drive successful releases, adoption, and customer-facing messaging. Requires strong emphasis on customer journeys, usability, data visualization, and ability to translate telemetry into trustworthy experience scores and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience with either a bachelor's in engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years as a product manager in one of the following domains: Observability, DEM, APM, Analytics/Business Intelligence, AIOps
- Experience building data-rich products, incorporating data visualizations
- Experience with AI and leveraging AI tools
- Deliver high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with networking
- Track record creating products from concept to market success
- Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives
