Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead Gong’s Work & Agent Orchestration agenda, owning a strategic product area from vision and roadmap through execution across people, AI agents, workflows, and trusted revenue data. Define and prioritize roadmaps, requirements, and investments for your domain; design product experiences enabling effective collaboration between revenue professionals and AI agents; communicate vision and value to customers and stakeholders; solve ambiguous customer and business needs; decide when and how to automate work and how AI agents participate; manage cross-functional alignment across Product Design, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, GTM, and other teams; drive enterprise-scale challenges balancing innovation, usability, scalability, and customer needs; impact how AI agents are integrated into day-to-day revenue execution and how revenue teams operate at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a product manager
- SaaS product experience
- Experience working in established SaaS companies with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Support)
- Experience with platform-like capabilities, workflow systems, automation, integrations, and enterprise permissions
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work with customers and engineers
- English fluency
