Senior Product Manager, Multilingual AI and Evals

Job Summary
Own the QA and eval infrastructure for multilingual AI agents, enhancing the quality gate that decides whether translations auto-publish. Diagnose systematic failures in the agentic pipeline and drive fixes back into the agent. Build an AI-driven testing tool that automatically detects localization defects like truncation and layout breakage, then ship the MVP to scan mobile and web apps. Establish the backbone for measurable quality by creating golden datasets, annotation tooling, and a feedback loop that turns human evaluations into agent fine-tuning. Integrate annotation workflows so linguists can annotate in a standardized, real-time way.
Required Qualifications
- current right to work in Singapore
- do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years in product management
- Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI agent systems
- Platform-building experience
- Experience with AI agents, agent harnesses, and evals
- Multi-market shipping experience
- Excellent cross-functional leadership across engineering, AI teams, linguists, design, and external partners
Desired Qualifications
- Localization/translation domain background
- Bilingual or multilingual (Chinese and/or European languages)
- Crypto, fintech, or other high-compliance / regulated domain experience
