Senior Product Manager

Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, discover opportunities, and deliver digital products that address customer problems and drive business outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting market and user research, defining product vision and KPIs, managing backlogs, facilitating workshops, leading agile ceremonies, overseeing launches, and mentoring other PMs. The role requires 5+ years in product management, strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of software development, and proficiency with agile tools. Familiarity with Figma and a data-driven approach to product analytics are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management leading end-to-end software product lifecycle
- Strong discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation experience
- Solid understanding of web technologies, software development, and APIs
- Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira)
- Familiarity with Figma/Miro
- Data-driven approach with KPI definition and product analytics literacy
- Goal-oriented, autonomous, organized; effective communicator and collaborator
Desired Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience
- Scrum Master/Product Owner certification
- Experience mentoring and team building
