Job Summary
Own the Messaging Platform and AI Services, including the Virtual Agent roadmap across Web, mobile SDKs, Apple Messages, WhatsApp, RCS, and voice channels. Manage strategy for live agent productivity, conversation summaries, transcription, and response generation while balancing accuracy, latency, and trust tradeoffs. Represent the product to customers and account teams to prioritize delivery, maintain ruthless prioritization of customer asks against platform bets, and establish metrics for data-driven decisions. Drive a docs-first approach where documentation ships with features.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Enterprise B2B SaaS experience
- Native AI platforms experience
- Technical depth to engage credibly with engineers on model behavior, conversation design, channel architecture, and AI/ML tradeoffs
- Ability to reason about accuracy, latency, and trust requirements
- Demonstrated ability to own a complex, multi-surface product area with minimal oversight
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and delivery teams to translate pain into a prioritized roadmap
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving to clarity
- Track record of shipping features from discovery through delivery
