Job Summary
Design, prototype, and configure Veeva MedInquiry to validate solutions for Medical Affairs, authoring detailed specifications and managing a story backlog. Create and manage the product roadmap while collaborating with engineering, QA, and sales to build harmonized solutions across Veeva applications. Research life sciences industry trends to distill actionable product requirements and maintain a solution map. Must be based in the Eastern Standard Time zone and legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada. Base pay ranges from $120,000 to $200,000.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in product management
- Experience with case management and customer service intake channels
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning
- Experience in researching and understanding customer and market requirements to develop short and long-term product roadmaps and plans
- Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog
- Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
- Track record of effectively collaborating with engineering/QA to define, design, and deliver the product
- Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
- Must be based in a region in the Eastern Standard Time zone
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada
