Job Summary
Senior Product Manager in Coupang Marketplace responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for a function within the seller lifecycle; lead end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to launch, including writing PRDs, defining use cases, setting success metrics, running A/B tests and increasing customer adoption; identify opportunities to generate revenue by removing friction in the end-to-end seller experience; understand customer needs and provide Voice of the Customer to stakeholders; establish partnerships with UX designers, developers, Customer Support and business stakeholders to support growth; requires 5+ years in product management, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and hands-on experience with Agile/Lean; bilingual in English and Korean; this is a full-time role at Coupang with potential for 12-week probation and global hiring considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
