Senior Product Manager - Marketing Platform

Senior Product Manager for the Marketing Platform at Wise, responsible for architecting and evolving a Customer Data Platform and the underlying data ecosystem to enable accurate tracking, attribution, CRM tooling, and privacy/compliance across a multi-market, regulated environment. Drive the marketing technology roadmap, translate operational needs into technical requirements, lead vendor evaluations, and communicate risks and business impact to senior leadership. Collaborate with the Marketing Martech lead to empower marketing teams by designing scalable data flows from internal warehouses to global ad platforms, ensure GDPR/DMA/ATT compliance, and guide the Martech strategy and architecture to onboard new channels without bespoke engineering. Excellent cross-functional communication, architectural thinking, and hands-on experience with data products, privacy regulations, and marketing tech integrations are expected.
