Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for the Hand & Upper Extremity orthopedic portfolio. Develops and manages the long-term strategic vision of the assigned product indication portfolio through the product life cycle and aligns with corporate growth objectives. Leads portfolio strategy by capturing the voice of the customer and demonstrates advanced knowledge of the global orthopedic market. Drives downstream and annual marketing plan activities, including product launches, sales training, medical education content creation, and market development. Collaborates with sales, regulatory, and product development to execute strategic marketing objectives, gathers data for business decisions, develops messaging for product and customer segments, analyzes market and sales trends, conducts and applies market research, oversees forecasting, and supports global product training and field readiness. Represents the product in tradeshows and educational courses, trains field personnel, and maintains product feedback channels. Requires BA/BS in marketing/communications or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred but not required; 5+ years in sales or marketing with 2+ years in medical devices/orthopedics preferred; strong communication, leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
