Job Summary
Senior Product Manager/Senior Product Marketer for SAAS-focused OSA marketing team, leading the marketing strategy and execution for the F&P myMask app within a 12-month fixed-term parental-leave cover. Collaborate across product development, marketing, sales, clinical, quality, and legal to align product direction with market needs. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends and feedback to identify growth opportunities, defining and prioritizing product marketing requirements using data and metrics, evolving go-to-market strategy with differentiated messaging, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to drive adoption and commercial success. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of product marketing experience, a degree in marketing/software or related field, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to translate technical/clinical concepts, and experience in SAAS or services marketing is preferable. The role sits in the OSA marketing team and focuses on go-to-market for the CPAP-related product portfolio, with emphasis on customer engagement and sales enablement in a regulated healthcare environment. Required Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, software or related field
- 5+ years’ product marketing experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong experience briefing and creating product marketing material
- The ability to translate technical and clinical concepts clearly
- Outstanding organisation and prioritisation capabilities
- Adaptability and self-motivation to succeed in a highly regulated environment
