Senior Product Manager, Margin & Settlement Infrastructure

Job Summary
Set the product direction and roadmap for margin financing, securities lending, and clearing and settlement systems within core trading infrastructure. Own architecture design for trade clearing, position settlement, multilateral netting, and reconciliation while improving collateral valuation and liquidation handling. Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and work with engineering teams to translate complex financing needs into scalable technical solutions. Monitor system performance and settlement integrity to identify and resolve issues before they impact users, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of margin financing / securities lending mechanics and clearing & settlement flows (netting, reconciliation, collateral management, interest accrual)
- Experience designing or owning the architecture of clearing/settlement or margin systems, in either TradFi or crypto
- Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math)
- Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and settlement flows, and translate them into product requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners
