Job Summary
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the provider experience and clinical operations portfolio, leading work from discovery through launch and iteration. Develop deep understanding of providers and internal teams through research, data, and workflow observation to translate complex clinical and regulatory needs into scalable product directions. Partner closely with engineering, design, and operational leaders to shape solutions, make trade-offs, and deliver high-quality experiences while identifying where AI can meaningfully improve workflows. Create alignment across Clinical, Customer Support, Product, and other partners, surfacing risks and dependencies early. In your first 90 days, build a strong understanding of the provider experience, current roadmap, and key metrics while clarifying the biggest opportunities and risks. Deliver measurable improvements to provider experience and clinical operations effectiveness over the next 18 months, setting a clear strategy and leading complex initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a software environment
- Experience leading a cross-functional product squad and taking products or meaningful features from discovery through launch and iteration
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, problem-solving, and product judgment, paired with the ability to execute
- The ability to use data, research, and customer insight to define outcomes and make product decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create alignment across different teams
- Comfort working through ambiguity, complex workflows, and competing priorities
- A builder mentality and a keen interest in AI. You're comfortable moving from strategy to hands-on problem-solving, experimenting with AI directly, and using good judgment about where it can create value
- A collaborative, resilient, and low-ego approach, with the ability to influence without relying on authority
- Any of the following: experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, provider or operational products, complex platforms or integrations, or building and launching AI-enabled products
