Job Summary
Own and evolve the restaurant POS ecosystem, including Online Ordering, Reporting, and Kitchen Systems. Drive innovation while ensuring continuity of mission-critical systems, including proprietary integration logic and restaurant workflows. Lead development and scaling of Handheld POS, applying specialized understanding of POS workflows from order entry through reporting. Oversee Back-of-House systems ensuring accuracy, enterprise scalability, and synchronization with Front-of-House systems. Translate customer and market requirements into actionable product strategies with deep knowledge of SMB and mid-market restaurant workflows. Commercialize and launch features using established release planning, training, and adoption processes. Apply AI innovation to product development, including AI-based personalization, demand forecasting, and predictive reporting. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with five days onsite at Tampa headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related
- Nine (9) years in any occupation with product management experience in restaurant technology, POS systems, or SaaS platforms
- Experience evolving and maintaining complex POS ecosystems while driving innovation
- Experience developing and scaling mobile/handheld POS systems
- Experience designing and optimizing back-office features (reporting, staff management, admin, kitchen systems)
- Experience integrating and synchronizing front-of-house and back-of-house systems for seamless workflows
- Experience translating customer and market needs into product strategy and roadmaps
- Experience leading feature rollouts, including release planning, training, and adoption across large customer bases
- Experience with multi-generational POS platforms, data models, and system integration logic
- Experience scaling enterprise restaurant technology solutions across thousands of locations
- Experience in AI-driven product innovation within the hospitality or retail industries
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello
- UX/UI design principles and customer journey mapping
- 5 days onsite, Tampa headquarters
