Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to own and scale acquisition and conversion-rate optimization across the funnel—from first landing page visit to checkout and beyond. Lead CRO initiatives for landing pages, onboarding flow, basket, and checkout; define hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and systematically improve conversion rates. Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, and Engineering to execute changes quickly; develop a structured experimentation framework with statistical rigor; analyze performance data to identify friction points and opportunities; bring a strong UX perspective to create smooth, trustworthy experiences that convert. Act as a CRO expert to upskill teams and foster a culture of testing and learning.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Proven track record in landing page optimization, funnel design, and basket/checkout improvements
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of UX, user psychology, and customer behavior
- Skilled in A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
