Job Summary

Lead the strategy, vision, and execution for Lokalise's Editing and Reviewing Experience, owning the team end-to-end from concept to launch. Drive a cross-functional team in Engineering, Design, and Data to build high-impact products that simplify workflows and eliminate bottlenecks for linguists and reviewers. Define the product roadmap, set key business goals and KPIs, and track performance using data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes. Operate within an agile environment to manage the product life cycle while partnering with Go-to-Market teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Mentor other product managers and foster a collaborative, innovative product organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Localization Industry Background: Hands-on experience in the localization/language services industry, at a Language Service Provider (LSP), or at a localization/translation-technology platform, with preferably direct ownership of a linguist-facing interface (e.g. a CAT tool, editor, or review UI).
  • Product Management experience — candidates with 2+ years of Product Management experience in the localization industry are welcome.
  • Experience owning interfaces/editors is strongly preferred, and domain expertise is weighted above total PM tenure.
  • Proven UX skills and a commitment to continuous discovery, with a strong ability to empathize with user needs.
  • A structured approach to tackling complex challenges, balancing trade-offs, and delivering solutions that drive customer and business value.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data and trends to diagnose problems, quantify impacts, and drive informed decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders across various levels.
  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills and a preference for action.
  • Excellent organizational and dependency management skills, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.

Desired Qualifications

  • Former linguist, translator, or localization manager who has transitioned into a product management career.
