Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, Lending at Airwallex owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key area within the lending and credit product portfolio; collaborate with engineering, design, credit risk, legal, compliance, operations, data, and commercial teams to translate customer problems and regulatory requirements into simple, scalable product experiences; define opportunities, drive execution from concept through launch and iteration, and shape embedded and first-party lending propositions; establish success metrics, analyze portfolio performance, and use data to improve conversion, customer experience, unit economics, and risk outcomes in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience
- Significant experience in product management, with a strong track record of shipping and scaling products in fintech, financial services, lending, or adjacent regulated domains
- Experience taking products from ideation through delivery and iteration, ideally in complex cross-functional environments
- Strong product judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and first-principles thinking to make decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic achievement
