Job Summary
Drive the full product lifecycle for Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions by working with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to identify needs, define requirements, and remove blockers. Prioritize features based on the commercial and competitive context while defining and tracking KPIs to monitor product readiness. Serve as the primary voice for end users, channeling customer feedback to internal teams and providing clear progress updates to leadership. Manage 25% travel to visit commercial deployments and communicate mitigation plans for program risks.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience working in Product Management
- Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 25% travel required to visit Kodiak commercial deployments
Desired Qualifications
- ideally in autonomous vehicles, robotics, operations management, supply chain management, and/or logistics
- Passion for working with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and create effective solutions
- Comfortable leading strategy & execution in the midst of ambiguity and a dynamic market
- Experience building credibility and strong relationships within engineering and operations teams, and with external stakeholders and customers
