Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa’s core platform. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on the product vision, unlock value for users, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, Agile environment. You will leverage first-principles thinking to break down complex user needs into scalable workflows, act as the voice of the customer, and apply AI tools to improve user outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management (including 3+ years building Enterprise SaaS products), strong collaboration skills, and a data-driven mindset to align priorities and drive measurable impact.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS
- 3+ years building Enterprise SaaS products
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience working closely with engineering in an Agile environment
- Data-driven with ability to combine quantitative and qualitative insights
- Voice of the customer and user-needs articulation
