Job Summary
Inform and execute product strategy to improve core KPIs by translating directives into goals and monitoring results. Co-develop in-app feature strategies with design to maintain engagement and support planned releases, while conceptualizing mechanics and systems that fulfill business objectives. Proactively identify optimizations and deconstruct popular features to influence executive decisions on monetization and trends. Partner with BI, design, and analytics to establish experimentation roadmaps using A/B testing and machine learning for product insights. Communicate prioritized asks to drive data analysis on in-game economy trends and evaluate new business opportunities across markets and demographics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, finance, economics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, games systems design, or data analytics in games as a service (mobile, PC, or console)
- Strong experience in quantitative analysis, including the ability to model game parameters using Excel and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Understanding and experience with a wide range of business models including, but not limited to, free-to-play and subscriptions business models
