Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager at Justlife in Dubai, UAE, owning an end-to-end product surface used by millions across the GCC to book home services (cleaning, beauty, handyman, healthcare). Responsible for discovery-to-launch cycles, PRDs, backlog prioritization, and metrics-driven outcomes, with ownership of features from concept to measurement. Will lead AI-driven initiatives to embed AI into product delivery, work closely with engineering and design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, payments, finance, operations) to optimize funnels, payments, availability, and CRM. Must be metrics- and experimentation-focused, data-literate (SQL or equivalent analytics), and able to ship consumer/mobile marketplace surfaces with impact on conversion, GMV, rebooking, or payment success rate.
