Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Customer Acquisition responsible for crafting growth-focused products across marketing tools, landing pages, and checkout experiences. Lead cross-functional work with UX, Analytics, and Engineering to turn sprint planning into successful delivery, align Marketing and product strategies, simplify acquisition workflows, and uncover growth levers through deep data analysis. Drive ideation, pitching, and launching AI-enabled features to improve the customer journey on desktop and mobile; leverage A/B testing and lean methodologies; collaborate with Marketing to ensure cohesive product and marketing strategies; apply generative AI to test ad copy, page messaging, and creative assets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years overall professional experience
- 4+ years in product management
- experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate analysis)
- experience with coordinating Paid and Organic Marketing teams
- ability to identify inefficiencies and implement automation-driven solutions
- experience collaborating with UX and Analytics teams
- leadership in cross-functional settings
- experience with AI/ML-powered features a plus
