Job Summary
Define Strider's products from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans. Build data-driven products at scale through partnerships with Design and Engineering Teams. Manage the entire product life cycle, from ideation to execution, while operating cross-functionally to build strong relationships within Strider and with key external partners. Foster an environment that enables the team to execute quickly on the right things, maintaining high quality. Lead the process of making recommendations and setting technical requirements for overall functionality, new initiatives, and enhancements. Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Japan market.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative software products as a product manager, product strategist or in a related technical role
- Demonstrable experience working with supply chain, firmographic, and/or risk (E.g. sanctions, export control) data/workflow tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams - work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate software projects with engineering teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced start-up SaaS environment
- Strong understanding/experience with product discovery including qualitative and quantitative analysis, customer and market analysis, and experimenting and testing
- Strong understand/experience with product design including hypothesis testing, problem identification, building and scaling MVP based development
- Experience working as an engineer or with engineers to support a highly technical product
