Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for IT & Cyber Risk on the Diligent One Platform. Own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for IT & Cyber Risk; define AI-powered risk detection and automation features; collaborate with engineering, data science, and leadership to translate AI capability into measurable business value; lead market intelligence, product strategy, and cross-functional delivery from discovery to launch across web, mobile, and API surfaces; engage CISOs, risk managers, and IT leaders to shape requirements, metrics, and go-to-market plans; requires 7+ years in product management, strong SaaS and domain knowledge in IT or cyber risk, and experience with AI-enabled product features; role supports a hybrid working model with offices worldwide (e.g., Bengaluru, Budapest, London) and on-site expectations at least 50% when near office locations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management
- SaaS experience
- Deep domain knowledge in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security
- Experience owning and delivering complex B2B product roadmaps
- Experience with AI-powered product features (LLMs, agents, ML)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience; Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven decision making and OKR tracking
