Job Summary
Senior Product Manager - Investments to own tastytrade’s investment experience end-to-end. Lead the development of stock and ETF discovery, order entry, position management, portfolio tracking, and onboarding/activation flows for newer investors. Define strategy, metrics, and business cases to grow equities trading volume and AUM, translate regulatory milestones into product opportunities with legal/compliance and operations, and collaborate with marketing/content to attract new traders. Drive measurable business outcomes through prototyping, analytics, and AI-enabled features, while mentoring junior PMs and partnering with engineering to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements that enhance the investing experience on the platform.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- strong technical and commercial acumen
- mastery of advanced PM methods
- experience with prototyping, A/B testing, advanced analytics, and roadmapping platforms
- experience leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize product capabilities
- exceptional communication and leadership skills
- experience mentoring junior product managers
- familiarity with fintech, retail brokerage, or regulated industries (preferred)
- understanding of brokerage regulatory landscape (SEC/FINRA) preferred
