Job Summary
Senior Product Manager - Investments to own the investing experience end-to-end on tastytrade, including stock and ETF discovery, order entry, position management, and portfolio tracking. Define strategy, metrics, and business cases to drive equities trading volume, investor retention, and assets under management, while navigating regulatory requirements and collaborating with legal, compliance, and operations. Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, marketing, and content teams to onboard new traders and investors through data-driven onboarding, education, and activation flows; mentor junior PMs and scale processes across teams. Leverage prototyping, A/B testing, and analytics, with exposure to AI/ML to optimize product capabilities and improve the investor experience. Strongly preferred experience in fintech, retail brokerage, or adjacent regulated industries and familiarity with brokerage regulatory considerations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- strong technical and commercial acumen
- mastery of advanced PM methods
- proficiency with prototyping, A/B testing, advanced analytics
- experience leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize product capabilities
- exceptional communication and leadership skills
- experience in fintech, retail brokerage, or a regulated industry preferred
- familiarity with brokerage regulatory landscape (SEC/FINRA) is valuable
