Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of the new systems, tools, and business processes that will power INFUSE's next stage of growth. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to define and communicate the vision for new solutions, transforming strategic goals into actionable product solutions, leading end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to deployment, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing current processes to identify automation opportunities, collaborating with analysts, designers, development teams, and other departments to achieve measurable outcomes, and leveraging AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms to prototype and optimize products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product or Project Manager with product expertise in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven company
- Proven experience managing internal products, projects, and processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results
- Deep understanding of modern product and project management practices
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Hands-on experience using and implementing AI tools to automate workflows, validate hypotheses, build prototypes, and optimize products and processes
- Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills
- Excellent communication with strong stakeholder engagement and alignment skills
- Proven records in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation
- Experience in building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks
- Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones
- Proficiency in building no-code/low-code prototypes and tools to validate hypotheses in the early stages
- Proven hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar) and no-code/low-code (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)
- Experience in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation is a plus
- Previous BA experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
