Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and implementation of new systems, tools, and business processes powering growth. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to define vision for new solutions, translating goals into actionable product requirements, managing end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through release and optimization, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying automation opportunities, re-engineering processes, and collaborating with analysts, designers, and development teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Proficiency in AI tools to automate workflows, no-code/low-code prototyping, and experience in B2B marketing operations or marketing automation are highly valued. Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills along with excellent communication and stakeholder alignment are required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product or Project Manager with product expertise in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven company
- Proven experience managing internal products, projects, and processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of modern product and project management practices
- Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making
- Hands-on experience using and implementing AI tools to automate workflows and prototype solutions
- Experience in building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
