Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for an AI-first energy data platform based in Charlotte, Boston, or New York City. Lead a cross-functional team to build new data products and an AI-first platform, own API scale, define evaluations, and drive HITL workflows. Responsibilities include iterating and scaling 0-1 platform products, shaping data schemas and architecture, enabling users to explore and interpret energy data, prioritizing and planning with OKRs, and partnering with energy-data stakeholders. The role requires fluency with data, enterprise-grade APIs, data-driven decision making, strong communication, and a growth mindset to accelerate product impact in residential energy markets. Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of product management experience, working with AI systems, data platforms, or ML teams
- Experience implementing agentic AI systems and evaluating nondeterministic products
- Built full stack products and leveraged AI prototyping and coding tools
- Strong writing and communication skills (PRDs, vision docs, execution plans)
- Ability to measure and improve data systems performance and scalability
- Growth mindset and bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
