Senior Product Manager - Integrations

Job Summary
Create and refine vision and strategy for Integration products, generating requirements from concept to production. Build and manage the integration product roadmap with clear ROI and competitive differentiation, overseeing feature prioritization within an agile environment. Identify market opportunities to onboard new partners, launch new integrations and APIs, and sunset existing offerings. Collaborate with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to develop user needs, work with technical writing for public documentation, and coordinate significant product launches with compliance and operations teams. Shape long-term product direction with Product Leadership while managing cross-functional teams to deliver APIs and integrations with the TriNet platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years Experience in Product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst
- Technical product management experience in a hands-on environment with integration and authentication technologies such as HTTP/HTTPS, REST, Web Services and APIs, API Gateway, JSON, SSO, SAML, Open ID Connect, Oauth 2.0, and OpenAPI/Swagger
- Experience building integrations and APIs by partnering with 3rd party developers and customers or building app ecosystems/marketplaces
- Uses process and metrics-driven product management approach
- Strong strategic thinking, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional product launches
- Ability to communicate with, build trust and influence colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead and manage projects and facilitate team interactions effectively, including successfully handling conflict and competing priorities
- Produces results in a fast paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication, written and oral, and presentation skills (Advanced proficiency)
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Typically 5+ years Experience in Product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst required
- Typically 5+ years Demonstrated experience in transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value preferred
- The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA
