Senior Product Manager - Integrations

Own the integrations roadmap, prioritizing which enterprise systems to connect next and determining build versus partner strategies for each. Manage the public API and developer experience, handling resource design, versioning, error semantics, and sandbox environments. Define data contracts and canonical models to ingest employee, schedule, and payroll data from diverse source systems without one-off logic. Transform custom integration work into reusable platform capabilities, including connectors, mapping tooling, and self-serve configuration. Own authentication, authorization, tenancy, and compliance posture while cutting time-to-first-value on deployments. Make integration health a product feature through observability, reconciliation, and data quality signals. Write specs, run API reviews, test in staging, and debug production sync issues directly with customer IT teams. Fully remote with EST or PST aligned hours.
