Job Summary

Own the end-to-end roadmap and P&L for Maven's integration portfolio, defining which enterprise systems to support, at what depth, and in what order. Lead the underlying integration platform, establishing tooling, frameworks, and patterns that enable faster shipping and customer self-extension. Manage depth versus breadth tradeoffs, including read-only connectors versus full read/write integrations with custom object support. Drive enterprise customer engagement by translating stack descriptions into engineering requirements and define how agent actions are tested and secured at scale. Strategize partner ecosystem relationships, determining formal partnerships versus internal builds and managing marketplace listings on channels like Salesforce AppExchange. Partner with GTM to convert integration depth into enterprise wins and with customer success to transform integration issues into product improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience
  • meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products
  • Direct experience with the systems Maven agents touch: CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ticketing (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk), knowledge bases (Confluence, Notion, Guru), commerce (Shopify, Stripe), and identity (Okta, Auth0)
  • Fluent in the technical building blocks: REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, event streams, and the failure modes that come with each
  • experience operating in both startup and scaled environments
  • ability to decide what to build and why
  • Real enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents
  • Strong communication across audiences
  • Hybrid in Boston, San Francisco, or New York

Desired Qualifications

  • experience building and shipping integration products
  • understanding the difference between a connector, an integration platform, and an actions framework
  • experience extracting requirements from messy customer conversations and turning them into PRDs
  • experience with the partner ecosystem strategy including Salesforce AppExchange, Zendesk Marketplace, and similar channels
  • experience with cross-functional partnership with GTM and customer success
