Job Summary
Manage the integrations development roadmap by prioritizing the backlog and sequencing new capabilities across HRIS, cloud, and security platforms. Pair with engineering, design, and partnership leads to determine integration depth, activate partners, and drive direct customer impact through expanded features. Work directly with customers to document feedback and collaborate on marketing, training, and enablement to improve discovery and configuration. Measure metrics on integration breadth and depth to support data availability and customer compliance needs. Balance direction from other product teams with customer input and your own prioritization framework to make the right investments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years supporting integration delivery
- established track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations
- experience owning an integration catalog or category
- good sense of prioritization frameworks
- ability to effectively focus and sequence integrations work across teams
- strong collaboration and communication skills
- comfort pairing with other product teams and stakeholders across the business
- technical fluency with integrations-related technology areas like APIs, authentication, and permissions
- ability to be a strong planner
- experience coordinating multiple workstreams at once
- ability to keep stakeholders informed and confident
