Senior Product Manager for Insurance responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap for Tide's insurance products, driving global scalability and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, and Compliance. Role emphasizes ownership of strategy, experimentation, hypothesis testing, and delivery with a focus on user-centric experiences, regulatory compliance, and measurable KPIs. Requires partnering with senior leadership to align priorities, articulate strategy, and ship high-quality insurance experiences across multiple markets (UK, India, Germany, France).
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years in product management
- experience with insurance market
- experience launching products globally (UK, India, Germany, France)
- hands-on involvement throughout full product development lifecycle
- ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
