Senior Product Manager - Insurance

Job Summary
Own the entire insurance product lifecycle from concept to launch, driving solutions across claims, underwriting, and policy administration. Develop compelling repeatable products by aligning business strategy with Consulting and Technology goals, while creating and maintaining a clear roadmap for key features and releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and commercial to execute go-to-market strategies, manage budgets, and track KPIs for revenue and profitability. Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities within the InsurTech landscape, ensuring all products comply with UK and international regulations. Lead stakeholder engagement with insurers, brokers, and claims teams to maintain deep customer understanding and drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- strong knowledge of insurance value chains, including claims, Underwriting, Delegated Authority, policy administration and regulatory requirements, to inform product decisions
- Ensure products are designed in line with UK and international insurance regulations (e.g. FCA requirements, data protection, auditability)
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager across the full lifecycle from ideation, to development and Go-To-Market
- People management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and strategy documents
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Dedication to delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
