Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital products and platforms. Drives customer value, operational efficiency, and business performance; partners with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, and executive leadership to define scalable solutions; mentors Junior Product Managers and champions product management best practices, agile delivery, and customer-focused development across teams. Responsibilities include defining product vision, planning, backlog management, sprint prioritization, and cross-functional delivery; leading user research, usability testing, and analysis of customer feedback and behavioral analytics; evaluating opportunities related to AI-enabled solutions, automation, personalization, analytics, and digital transformation; developing epics, features, user stories, workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria; communicating roadmap and risks to stakeholders; and driving continuous improvement in customer experience and scalable product development. Education requested is a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in related roles; agile experience and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Product, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, or Agile teams preferred
- Experience managing digital products, eCommerce platforms, customer experience initiatives, or enterprise applications preferred
- Experience working in Agile product development environments required
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and modern product management practices
- Understanding of customer experience, digital commerce, user-centered design, and digital product development best practices
- Experience with analytics, experimentation, AI-enabled tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives preferred
- Comfortable presenting product strategies, priorities, and recommendations to executive leadership
- Ability to manage competing priorities, cross-functional dependencies, and complex stakeholder relationships
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-focused product development
